Spontaneous, open, innovative artistic movement, was born from the inspiration of Maria Loretta De Toni with the aim to enhance local artists and to create within Auritalia the combination of Art & Jewellery, through events in Ville Palladiane and in public areas such as the Vicenza Jewellery Fair. The first exhibition of the movement took place in June 1998 at Villa Goldi Malinverni in Lugo Vicentino.
Maria De Toni, jewel stylist designer and curator of goldsmith exhibitions aims, with the support of international professionals and academics, to spread integrated economy projects that may lead positive effects on worldwide populations and markets, by creating innovative jewels “with a soul”.
The goal is to create a economic and Cultural Renaissance between the East and West world.
2012-2014: Vice President and since 2015 Director of the Industries and Various Services Section of Confindustria Vicenza (Industrial Association of the Vicenza province).
1985: Degree at the University of Verona in Foreign Languages and Literatures (Germanistic address) in the Faculty of Economics and Business.
1988-1990: Co-author of “Fascism and Exile” Vol.1,2, edited by Maria Sechi, Giardini Editori, Pisa.
1997: Maria Loretta De Toni founds the artistic, innovative and spontaneous movement of “H. P.-ART”, in order to contaminate the economic world with the contribution of artists and designers. For this project she is been a finalist of the Guggenheim Prize for Enterprise & Culture in 1998.
1998: International Goldsmith Design Competition on African Culture and its related Exhibition.
1999-2000: International Goldsmith Design Competition on Arab Culture directed by the Architects Afra and Tobia Scarpa, for which was obtained the Certificate of the United Nations (G. E. C.) as a project of economic-cultural globalization.
1999: Honorary member of the “Who’s Who of Professional ” and speaker at the congress held in Orlando, Florida with the “Business & Culture for Love and Peace in the World”: international projects of economic and cultural globalization by H. P.-Art.
2000: Creation of the Jewel Peace for UNESCO, that supports the 2000 Peace and Non-Violence Manifesto spread worldwide.
2004: Curator of the catalogue and exhibition ” Le Vie dell’Oro-Vicenza, “La Serenissima” e l’Oriente (1404-2004)”, 11 January – 31 March 2004 at Palazzo Chiericati (Civic Museum of Vicenza), with the patronage of the Veneto Region, the Province, the City and the Vicenza Fair, in collaboration with the Academic Orientalist Dr. Cristina Del Mare and the Jewelry Historian Giulietta Cozzi.
2004: Creation of 20 artistic drawings on the poetics of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Emir of Dubai, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, in collaboration with G. Cozzi, created for the yacht in S.A.
2008: “Palladio e l’Oriente” jewel for the international event “n. X 500: the designer perform Andrea Palladio” (1508-2008 celebration of 500 years since the birth of the famous Vicenza architect Palladio) organized by Officina Eventi.
2008: Curator of the guide to the exhibition “Luxury with the Eye of the East (1000-2000)” featuring Dr. Stefano Carboni, the Artist and Historian Giulietta Cozzi, Dr. Cristina Del Mare and Prof. Spalek with the patronage of The Vicenza Fair.
2009-2010-2011: Organization of international exhibitions and conferences for the relaunch of the Made in Italy creations, in collaboration with national periodicals through interviews, dossiers and publications. Organization of the Conference “Integrated Economy for the relaunch of Made in Italy” in Rome, Italy, Palazzo Ferrajoli on October 21th of october in 2010 and the catalog of the photographic exhibition of Entrepreneurs and distingushed names “Illuminati” with the support of Maria De Toni Srl, Mondolibero Group and Photo Art by D. Rigon.
2011: The promoted event by Maria De Toni Srl shows the “East & West Renaissance Integrated Economy for the re-launch of the Made in Italy in the world” in Palermo, at the Royal Palace on 18 may 2011, with the support of the Ministry of the Culture and Heritage of the Italian culture, the Italian Embassy in the United Arab Emirates, Veneto Region, the Federico II Foundation, University and Confindustria of Palermo, the Sicilian Regional Assembly and the Presidency of the Regional Sicilian, under the omens of the Republic Italian President Giorgio Napolitano.
2011: “Al Nahda East & West Jewellery Renaissance”, a lecture for the event organized by Dr. Maria Loretta De Toni, and Maria De Toni Srl at the Park Hyatt of Dubai (UAE) during the date of 6.12.2011, in collaboration with the Government of the United Arab Emirates,the Italian Embassy in the United Arab Emirates and Dubai Gold & Jewellery Group for the 40th anniversary of the Unity of the United Arab Emirates union (1971-2011). Celebrations took place under the auspices of the President of the Italian Republic.
2012: Maria De Toni attends as speaker on Italian jewelry and Islamic art for the conference “Intercultural dialogue between Western and Islamic Art” at the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi on November 26th, 2012, organized by the Italian Embassy in the United Arab Emirates.
2016: Curator of the historical and contemporary exhibition “Vicenza and Made in Italy Origin The Original ®”, featuring the Vicenza Fair for the occasion of VicenzaOro VOD Dubai on 2016.
2017: THE GOLDEN ITALY PROJECT BY MARIA DE TONI – Gold Italy Interview from 21 to 23rd of October 2017 -The new collection “L’amore che brilla porta luce di bellezza e sentimento” – Love that brings light of beauty and emotion – is expressed in the circles that intertwine and enclose the Vicenza technique of handmade diamond cutting. With Black Panther instead it is the feminine seduction that inspires the jewelry line. The “Italia d’Oro” project strongly supported by Maria De Toni crowns all the activity and philosophy of the company that wants to emphasize the desire to bring gold back to jewelers as a “new” added value.
2022: Creativity and Design Award at the OroArezzo Premiere takes place in May 2022: The award ceremony, chaired by the public figure of Jo Squillo sees among the first three positioned winners Maria De Toni and her son Piero, recognized for their creativity and the design of the exclusive “Sanpietrini” collection.
